Refund and Returns Policy


Since the majority of items we print here at Cooper Family Printing are custom, we do not typically offer returns or refunds. We do, however, want you to be satisfied. Please contact us if you have any issues. We can provide images of your order before mailing if you request, which helps mitigate issues later. We also do our best to find solutions if you have any problems. Again, contact us if you have questions or concerns.

If you order something that we regularly sell here, such as one of our printed planners, we can offer a refund. You will need to pay return shipping, and please do your best to ensure the product is in a condition that we can resell it.


Once you have contacted us regarding a return, we’ll give you an address to mail the item to. Once we receive it, we’ll refund your payment back to the method you used to pay originally.
