What if my order shows payment failed?

Sometimes, and often through no fault of the customer, an order gets flagged by the credit card processor. It may be because you are shopping at a different type of site than normal, or there may be a problem with your card. There are a few things you can try. Check with your credit card company or bank to make sure everything is fine with your card. If that checks out, try waiting 24 hours for the processor to clear their flag. You can also try a different payment method if able. If credit or debit doesn’t work, you can also try Paypal or mailing a check.

Where is my order confirmation email?

I know everyone says it, but be sure to check your spam folder. You should receive a confirmation email, as well as a shipping notice. If you don’t receive them quickly, check spam. If you don’t find it there, check your payment method to see if the payment went through. If your payment failed, you will need to try ordering again, see question above.

How long will it take for my order to ship?

We aim to get orders shipped within 1-2 weeks from when you placed the order. Each order is printed on demand. If we take a bit longer than that, it may be because of a large volume of orders, or real life issues that we also need to deal with.
